To keep the staging costs to a minimum, we suggest keeping and using as much of the homeowners’ belongings as possible.
Where needed, we will provide replacement suggestions for furniture, decor, fixtures, and home upgrades. Our clients also receive high-level recommendations to help increase salability and attract more buyers or renters.
Additional inclusions within the report are tips on how to organize your home and a shopping resource guide. You’ll also receive a list of recommended home upgrades to further enhance the salability and profits.
Further, you are provided with an open house and viewing checklist, so that once you have finished Nesting, you can ensure the home stays in show condition.
